Health analytics company Prealize has acquired the intellectual property for CentraForce's library of social determinants of health.
Prealize provides analytics to companies such as Nuna and Optima Health. Prealize acquired the portfolio of medical, ethnographic, socioeconomic, behavioral and attitudinal analytics to improve clinical outcomes, according to the Sept. 14 Prealize news release.
The acquisition officially closed Aug. 2.
"Being able to access previously unknowable insights allows health providers to more deeply understand the behaviors that contribute to the onset of chronic diseases, and reduce or potentially prevent them," CentraForce CEO John Brady said. "I cannot imagine a stronger possible combination to address these insights than the combined strengths of Prealize and CentraForce Health."
