Eric Yablonka, the former CIO of Palo Alto, Calif.-based Stanford Health Care, on Dec. 2 joined the advisory board of Health2047, the American Medical Association's innovation subsidiary.
Mr. Yablonka retired from his role at Stanford Health Care in May.
Two physician executives also joined the board: Cheryl Rucker-Whitaker, MD, and Francis J. Crosson, MD.
"We are exceptionally proud to have such a distinguished group of healthcare technology leaders on our advisory board," Health2047 CEO Lawrence Cohen, PhD, said in a news release. "With deep expertise and diverse backgrounds ranging from artificial intelligence to market adoption strategies, information technology, public health, and hospital operations, our executives and advisors are dedicated to creating companies that rethink how physicians and patients interact to create best-in-class healthcare system solutions."
