Durham, N.C.-based Duke Health has begun its first phase of integrating AI with its Microsoft 365 applications, and the health system said it is already seeing enhancements in efficiency.
According to a Nov. 21 news release from Duke, major enhancements with the AI include more efficient email handling, streamlined document and presentation creation and editing, and a summarization feature for virtual meetings.
The new integrations are a part of a partnership between Duke and Microsoft that began in July.
