Nashville, Tenn.-based Ardent Health Services is partnering with Accenture to utilize UKG Dimensions, an artificial intelligence-powered workforce management tool, across its network of 30 hospitals.
UKG Dimensions uses AI to help clients manage scheduling, payroll and attendance. Previously, UKG and Accenture have collaborated on providing workforce management tech to more than 150 clients across all industries, according to a Jan. 31 Accenture news release.
"Healthcare organizations face an enormous challenge and they need to drive access and improve experience by addressing the unprecedented labor shortage coming from burnout and attrition. Technology is the key to equitably and sustainably delivering care, while improving experience for patients and providers," Accenture Managing Director Julia Kenney said.
