From biotech to digital health, Johnson & Johnson Innovation, the venture capital arm of healthcare giant Johnson & Johnson, has made a flurry of investments in an array of companies since Sept. 27.
Here are five Johnson & Johnson investments:
- The venture capital arm led a $78 million funding round for Perceive Therapeutics, a biotech company focusing in ophthalmology.
- HistoSonics, the developer of a sonic beam therapy, received $85 million in a funding round led by Johnson & Johnson innovation.
- In December, Johnson & Johnson joined in a $60.75 million series A funding round for SonoThera, a biotech genetic therapy company.
- Johnson & Johnson Innovation participated in the $25 million series B funding round for medical device cybersecurity company MedCrypt.
- The venture capital arm co-led a $10 million funding round for DocSpera, a surgical workflow automation company.
