- The Pittsburgh-based health system joined in a $65 million funding round for Redesign Health, a company that launches healthcare startups.
- UPMC Enterprises participated in a $12.5 million funding round for Abridge, an artificial intelligence company that aims to reduce clinician burnout.
- The health system invested $40 million into portfolio company Novasenta, a biotech company that develops antibody-based therapeutics.
- UPMC Enterprises joined in a $10 million series B funding round for BrainCheck, an Alzheimer’s screening company.
