Ontario, Calif.-based Prime Healthcare Services plans to acquire Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, Pa., according to a Philadelphia Inquirer report.
Prime Healthcare will spend at least $10 million for needed capital improvements at the hospital in addition to the $3 million in working capital finance it already made available to Lower Bucks, according to the report. In addition, all contracts, liabilities and union agreements will be honored going forward.
