Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Parkview Health System is to acquire Bryan, Ohio-based Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers, according to a June 8 filing.
The 10-hospital system, which reported operating income of $61.2 million on revenues of $2.7 billion in 2022, expects to close the acquisition by Sept. 1.
Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers operates two hospitals and an outpatient location.
