A joint venture between New Orleans-based Ochsner Health System and LHC Group, a home healthcare provider in Lafayette, La., is expanding.
Through their joint venture Southeast Louisiana Home Care, the two parties will buy five Egan Home Health and Hospice provider locations in Louisiana.
The sale is expected to generate $16 million in annualized revenue for the joint venture.
The deal is slated to close Jan. 1.
