Lovelace Health System based in Albuquerque, N.M., has completed its purchase of the assets and operations of Roswell (N.M.) Regional Hospital and its Family Care Clinic in Roswell, according to a Lovelace news release.
The acquisition is funded by Lovelace's parent company, Ardent Health Services, based in Nashville, Tenn.
