Massachusetts' Saints Medical Center Signs Letter of Intent With Steward

Saints Medical Center in Lowell, Mass., has signed a letter of intent to become part of Boston-based Steward Health Care System, according to a hospital news release.

Saints Medical Center and Steward will continue due diligence to sign an asset purchase agreement.
