Health Management Associates in Naples, Fla., has completed its joint venture with five Oklahoma hospitals owned by Integris Health in Oklahoma City.
According to the agreement, Health Management will own an 80-percent controlling interest in the five hospitals and manage day-to-day operations.
The five Integris Health Oklahoma hospitals include Integris Blackwell Hospital in Blackwell; Integris Clinton Regional Hospital in Clinton; Integris Marshall County Medical Center in Madill; Integris Mayes County Medical Center in Pryor; Marshall and Integris Seminole Medical Center in Seminole.
The five hospitals will add 226 patient-beds and approximately $95 million in net revenue to Health Management Associates.
