Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America has acquired Galichia Heart Hospital in Wichita, Kan., according to an HCA news release.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. HCA announced its plans to acquire the 82-bed hospital in Dec. 2010. This is HCA's second acquisition in Wichita, as it has already acquired the 760-bed Wesley Medical Center.
