Fairview Red Wing (Minn.) Medical Center could end its relationship with Minneapolis-based Fairview Health Services and join the Mayo Clinic Health System if discussions among the three groups progress, according to a Red Wing Republican report.
Officials from Red Wing Medical Center and the two health systems are currently in discussions about how to best preserve access to care for the Red Wing area.
A decision on the agreement is expected in 2012, according to the report.
