Indianapolis-based Community Health Network has acquired addiction treatment provider Fairbanks.
Fairbanks, also based in Indianapolis, said the move will give patients more comprehensive addiction and behavioral health services. Patients also will have access to Community Health's large primary care system and network of specialists.
The deal is expected to close Dec. 31. Its financial terms were not disclosed.
