Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, W.Va., has decided to close its St. Joseph's Hospital in Parkersburg within four years, according to a Parkersburg News and Sentinel report.
The employees and operations for St. Joseph's will move to Camden Clark's Memorial Hospital campus, also in Parkersburg. According to the report, employees involved with the physical facility, such as engineering and housekeeping, will feel most of the impact.
Camden Clark purchased St. Joseph's from Signature Hospital Corp. in an affiliation in March 2011.
