Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center in Richmond, Ky., has announced its full membership in Baptist Health in Louisville, Ky., according a Richmond Register report.
Pattie A. Clay will now be called Baptist Health in Richmond. However, according to the hospital's CEO, Todd Jones, the partnership is not a merger because no assets were sold.
