The University of Louisville Hospital and Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's Healthcare, also based in Louisville, are nearing the completion of their planned merger, according to a Business First report.
An official announcement could be made after University of Louisville's board of trustees meets on Nov. 11, according to the report.
