Albany, N.Y.-based St. Peter's Health Partners is expected to acquire Prime Care Physicians, an 82-physician group, in the next week, according to a Times Union report.
The two organizations have been talking for months, and Prime Care physicians have been telling patients their practice will be part of St. Peter's on Jan. 1, according to the report. However, officials from the organizations would not confirm the acquisition with the Times Union.
