St. John Hospital in Leavenworth, Kan., and Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan., have acquired an imaging and physician practice, according to a Kansas City Business Journal report.
The two hospitals, under Sisters of Charity Leavenworth Health System, acquired Associates in Family Health Care, a three-physician practices based in Lansing, Kan. The practice is not expected to change its name.
The hospitals also acquired Rock Creek Imaging, also based in Lansing. Rock Creek will become an outpatient department of St. John Hospital immediately, according to the report.
