Health insurer Highmark in Pittsburgh has acquired Pittsburgh-based Triangle Urological Group as part of its integrated healthcare delivery network, according to a Pittsburgh Business Times report.
Triangle Urological Group is a seven-physician practice with six offices throughout Pennsylvania. With the addition of the group's physicians, Highmark now employs more than 150 physicians, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
