President Donald Trump has previously expressed how surprised he was at the difficulty of passing a healthcare bill, but made a statement aboard Air Force One Thursday that let reporters know just how hard he thinks it is, according to CNBC.
"The only thing more difficult than peace between Israel and Palestine is healthcare," Mr. Trump said. "You get a couple here and you say, great, and then you find out you just lost four over here," he added, speaking on the process of courting votes from senators.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., unveiled the latest version of the GOP's healthcare bill Thursday. The Congressional Budget Office will most likely release its score of the bill next week.
