Sharon Hospital in Connecticut Lays Off 26

The 78-bed Sharon (Conn.) Hospital has laid off 26 employees due to financial problems, according to a Hartford Business report.  

The layoffs affected senior and middle management as well as staff positions, according to the report. Sharon is the state's only for-profit hospital.
