The Form 990 includes information on executive and other compensation, meeting community health needs, the hospital's governance and its financial profile. For example, the document revealed that CEO Joel Wernick received approximately $1.3 million in total compensation and that the hospital spent $87.7 million in total community benefit expense for charity care and means-tested government programs.
