North Dakota's New Jamestown Regional Medical Center Nearly Open

The new Jamestown (N.D.) Regional Medical Center is close to opening after nearly two years of construction, according to a Jamestown Sun news report.

The new hospital is being built in a new location to replace the old hospital in order to make room for technology. According to JRMC's marketing director, even measuring vital signs in the old hospital site is difficult.

The total costs for the new hospital sits at $52 million, though $46 million of that will come from U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development loans. The remainder of the costs will be paid for by donations.
