Glen Falls (N.Y.) Hospital, a nonprofit with a medical staff of more than 575 providers, has laid off 25 employees, a hospital spokesperson told The Post-Star.
"We've made a number of changes over the last three months," the spokesperson, Katelyn Cinzio, said.
Ms. Cinzio told The Post-Star the hospital is "constantly evaluating our staffing structure, and at times that does result in position eliminations."
The hospital closed the occupational health center and the acute inpatient rehabilitation unit earlier this month, The Post-Star reported.
The closure of the occupational health center came amid a decline in usage, while the rehabilitation unit was "no longer financially viable," according to the report, which cites information from the hospital.
