Oconto (Wis.) Hospital & Medical Center has been renamed the Bellin Health Oconto Hospital, according to a Green Bay Press Gazette report.
The renaming coincides with the hospital's $15 million expansion, which is slated for completion this summer.
"The name reflects that we are a local hospital, dedicated to providing excellent care to the people of Oconto and surrounding areas," Laura Cormier, vice president of operations, said in the report. "It also clearly identifies us as part of the Bellin Health system."
