Between economic uncertainty and workforce woes, it's a difficult time to be driving a business. Most C-suite leaders would give up their high posts for a less stressful role, according to a recent survey from Deloitte.
The management consulting firm surveyed 3,150 C-suite executives, managers and employees across the U.S., the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. It collaborated with Workplace Intelligence, an independent research firm based in Boston.
Seventy-five percent of executives said they were "seriously considering quitting for a job that would better support their wellbeing," up from 69 percent last year.
C-level leaders aren't alone in their discontent — 64 percent of managers and 60 percent of employees share the desire to leave for more balance. Read more about the workforce's wellbeing here.
