Eric Buckland, CEO of Mountain View Hospital in Madras, Ore., has announced his resignation, according to a KBND report.
Mr. Buckland has served as head of the hospital since April 2009. He announced he will leave Mountain View to pursue other opportunities, effective Nov. 19.
The board appointed experienced hospital executive Joe Smith as interim CEO until a long-term replacement is found.
