NYU Langone Medical Center in New York City has opened the Joan H. Tisch Center for Women's Health, according to a hospital news release.
The 18,000-square-foot facility is designed to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary and specialty care to women and to empower them to manage their health through patient education.
The center offers cardiovascular services, internal medicine, breast health, dermatology, endocrinology, ear, nose and throat care, gastroenterology, gynecology, mental health services, neurology, orthopaedics, plastic surgery, podiatry, pulmonology medicine, rheumatology, urology, vascular services and women's imaging.
