Lane Regional Medical Center in Zachary, La., and Baton Rouge (La.) General announced a joint venture to build a new radiation oncology center on Lane's campus.
The organizations aim to expand patient's access to this cancer treatment. They plan to break ground on the facility in late fall with a scheduled completion date of fall 2013.
