Saint Vincent Health Center in Erie, Pa., and Cleveland Clinic have signed a letter of intent to form a clinical collaboration in cardiac and neuroscience programs, according to a Saint Vincent news release.
Under the agreement, Saint Vincent will pay the Cleveland Clinic an undetermined amount for an evaluation and collaboration and will create patient-treatment plans similar to those followed at the Cleveland Clinic. The two hospitals will remain independent, however.
