Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston-Salem, N.C., has promoted Steven Snelgrove to president of its Lexington (N.C.) Medical Center.
Mr. Snelgrove joined Lexington Medical Center in 1989. He has served as COO since November as part of the planned transition for current president Donny Lambeth's retirement. Mr. Lambeth announced his upcoming retirement earlier this week.
Before joining Wake Forest Baptist, Mr. Snelgrove served as an executive at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Mass.
