Mike Poore, president and CEO of MedWest-Haywood Hospital in Clyde, N.C., has announced his resignation, effective April 27, according to a Citizen-Times report.
MedWest-Haywood is a member of Carolinas HealthCare System based in Charlotte, N.C. John Young, current group vice president for the western division of Carolinas Healthcare, will serve as MedWest-Haywood CEO until a successor is found.
