Frank Beirne has been appointed to serve as the new San Mateo, Calif., area manager for Kaiser Permanente, according to a Business First report.
Mr. Beirne will also serve as senior vice president for Kaiser. He joins Kaiser from University of Kentucky HealthCare's Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, Ky., where he served as chief administrative officer. He succeeds current area manager and senior vice president Linda Jensen, who is retiring after 29 years of services.
