Stanley Hochberg, MD, has been named chief quality officer and vice president for quality and patient safety for Boston Medical Center, according to a Boston Globe report.
Dr. Hochberg currently supervises clinical staff and programs for quality at Boston Medical Center's HealthNet Plan and will succeed William Barron, MD, who is leaving BMC to serve as CMO at the University of California Irvine Medical Center. Dr. Hochberg will assume his duties at BMC on Oct. 1.
