Santa Clara Valley Health & Hospital System in San Jose, Calif., has hired Jeffrey Arnold, MD, as CMO, effective Dec. 24, according to a Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal report.
Dr. Arnold has been with the county health system since 2006, serving as the medical director and chair of its department of emergency medicine.
Dr. Arnold will replace interim CMO Cliff Wang, MD, who stepped in for Alfonso Baneulos, MD, who retired in June, according to the report.
