Mark Korth has been named president of San Francisco-based Dignity Health's North State service area, according to a Red Bluff Daily News report.
Dignity Health North State includes Mercy Medical Center Mt. Shasta (Calif.), Mercy Medical Center Redding (Calif.) and St. Elizabeth Community Hospital in Red Bluff, Calif.
Mr. Korth is currently the president of Mercy Medical Center Redding. He will continue in that position when he becomes the service area president in January 2013.
Mr. Korth is replacing Jon Halfhide, who will retire in January, according to the report.
