Presence Health in Mokena, Ill., has announced Connie March as president and CEO of its Continuum of Care.
Ms. March previously served as the head of the continuum of Provena Health in Mokena, Ill. Provena Healthcare and Resurrection Healthcare in Chicago are now joined as Presence Health.
The Presence Health Continuum includes a range of care, services and support options including a long-term acute-care hospital, independent and assisted living campuses, skilled nursing facilities and long-term care pharmacies.
