Luke McGuinness, CEO of Cadence Health, which includes Central Dupage Hospital in Winfield, Ill., and Delnor Hospital in Geneva, Ill., has decided to retire by the end of the year, according to a Crain's Chicago Business report.
Mr. McGuinness joined Cadence Health in 2003. He has worked in healthcare for more than 30 years, holding leadership positions with Vanguard Health Systems in Nashville, Tenn., and MacNeal Health Network in Berwyn, Ill.
