Peter Adamo, CEO of Roxborough Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia, has taken on additional duties as CEO of Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol Township, Pa., according to a report by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Ontario, Calif.-based Prime Healthcare Services owns and operates both hospitals.
Prime completed the purchase of Lower Bucks Hospital earlier this month.
