Main Line Health in Bryn Mawr, Penn., has named Barbra Wadsworth CNO, according to a Main Line Times report.
Ms. Wadsworth has more than 26 years of experience in nursing leadership. She was most recently the senior vice president and CNO of Abington (Penn.) Memorial Hospital. She has also served as the administrative nurse director of Abington, and the hospital was redesignated as a Magnet facility under her leadership, according to the report.
Ms. Wadsworth has a master's degree in nursing administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va., and a master's in business administration from LaSalle University in Philadelphia. She is currently enrolled in the doctorate in nursing practice program at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn., according to the report.
