Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Jefferson Hills, Penn., has promoted Louise Urban to executive vice president and COO. 
The promotion was effective Sept. 17. Ms. Urban was previously the senior vice president of hospital operations, a position she started in 2010. She first joined Jefferson Regional as a registered nurse in 1991.
