Palm Drive Hospital in Sebastopol, Calif., has hired Rick Reid as interim CEO, according to a Press Democrat report.
The hiring of Mr. Reid is part of an agreement between Palm Drive and Marin General Hospital in Greenbrae, Calif., to share financial officers, access to specialists and business services. According to the report, Palm Drive is paying Marin General $25,000 a month for CEO and financial services.
Mr. Reid currently serves as CFO of Marin General. He will continue his Marin CFO duties as he serves Palm Drive as interim CEO on a consulting basis, according to the report.
