David Yarbrough is no longer the CEO of Biggs Gridley (Calif.) Memorial Hospital, according to a KHSL TV report.
Reasons for Mr. Yarbrough's departure were not announced. Mr. Yarbrough has been on personal leave since late January.
Hospital operations continue under Wade Sturgeon, chief financial officer and Tracy Atkins, chief operating officer.
