Niagara Falls (N.Y.) Memorial Medical Center has promoted two executive leaders, with Rick Braun Jr. stepping into the role of executive vice president and chief operating officer, and Matthew DuBois becoming vice president and CFO, effective Oct. 20.
Mr. Braun has served as CFO of the hospital since May 2022. He previously served as senior vice president of operations and COO for Olean, NY-based Upper Allegheny Health System, where he also served as senior vice president of finance and CFO.
Mr. DuBois has served as director of finance since October 2022 and previously served as finance director for People Inc. and Deaf Access Services.
"These promotions reflect our commitment to strong leadership as we continue to grow and expand services for our community," President and CEO Joseph Ruffolosaid in a news release. "Richard and Matthew have both demonstrated exemplary leadership skills and a deep commitment to the financial stability of our institution. We look forward to their continued contributions in these expanded roles."
