Paul Hoover was named president of Fort Hamilton Hospital in Hamilton, Ohio, an Oct. 29 news release said. He replaced Ron Connovich, who resigned.

Mr. Hoover, who joined Kettering Health in 2015, most recently served as the health system's chief learning officer and previously held the title of chief strategy officer.

Steve Chavez was appointed CFO of the hospital. Mr. Chavez has held a variety of leadership roles since joining the health system in 2012, including as CFO of Sycamore Medical Center in Miamisburg, Ohio, and Kettering Health's vice president of network contracting, the news release said.

Both executives assumed their roles on Nov. 1.
