Kalispell Regional Healthcare loses 2 execs — CFO resigns

Kalispell (Mont.) Regional Healthcare CFO and CIO Charles Pearce resigned recently, and Chief Nursing Officer Karen Lee, RN, announced plans to retire Dec. 31.

Mr. Pearce resigned "for personal reasons," a Kalispell Regional spokesperson wrote in an email to Becker's Hospital Review. He became CFO and CIO in 2000. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Tracey Talley succeeded Mr. Pearce on an interim basis, according to a Daily Inter Lake report.

Kalispell Regional Healthcare recently laid off less than 1 percent of its more than 4,000-person workforce. KRH officials did not specify the number of layoffs but told Becker's Hospital Review the realignment affected "positions ranging from leadership to hourly staff."
