Most recently, Ms. Knarr served as executive director of nursing operations for Tallahassee (Fla.) Memorial Healthcare. She has 27 years of experience in healthcare, including 22 years in nursing leadership roles. Ms. Knarr plans to join IU Health University Hospital in July.
