The current CEO of IU Health Starke Hospital in Knox, Ind., Linda Satkoski, is slated to become the chief operating officer for the IU Health La Porte (Ind.) Hospital System on June 4, reports Inside Indiana Business.
In her expanded administrative role, Ms. Satkoski will oversee operations for IU Health La Porte and Starke hospitals, La Porte Physicians and Lakeshore Surgicare in Chesterton, Ind.
Meanwhile, Dave Hyatt, the current vice president of operations at IU Health Starke Hospital will become the interim president, filling the vacancy left by Ms. Satkoski's promotion. The current COO of IU Health La Porte Hospital System is Mark Rafalski.
